I consider myself as a person with very good social skills, because of working in many national and international project as a leader of the groups, as international and national coordinator, as contact person of the project, etc.

Organisational skills and competences
|
I have been the Head of Environmental Department and Director of Research and Design Institute of Industry, coordinating the work of 65 employees in this institution. During my time of leadership the Institute gained a profit net and was included in many research projects which I have also lead. In all projects that I have been part of, or I have lead I have had a good relationship with the members of the group whether in national or international level. Currently, I am the honorary president of the NGO Protection and Preservation of Natural Environment in Albania (PPNEA), the oldest and largest environmental organization in the country. I have taken part in the organization of several international conferences with subject on environmental sciences held in Albania, Greece, Italy, etc.

Technical skills and competences
|
I am an expert in the field of environmental research. Especially I have an excellent knowledge on water and waste water quality and control, water and waste water treatment technologies and biotechnology and also solid waste disposal. I am updated on EU and national environment legislation. In addition I have an experience in the field of environmental management conducting and taking part in several projects with such a background.
Furthermore, I have a vast experience working in chemistry laboratories with organizing data collection and analysis.

I have good knowledge of windows office packet, word ecxel, power point etc. I am certified on the “Process Simulation for Energy, Environment And Economy” soft , PS-EEE”, Trieste Italy, 2008

I have a long experience as a lecturer in university level even for the PHD student, not only in Albania but also abroad (International Summer University, 7-13 October 2007, Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia “Water quality control- from concept to action”, for PHD and postdoctorial students, organized by Academy des Siences de L’institut de France & Vinca Institute of Nuclear sciences Belgrade, Serbia & SIMEV UNESCO Univ- Montpellier, France; lecturer for PHD students, University of Ioanina in the department of environmental technology, 2002-2003). I am an expert member at the board of the National Environmental Agency and the head of environmental commission at the General Directorate of Standardization.
