Section 353 
The provisions of section 316 shall not apply to the serious offences defined in this Part. 
Section 354 
If any of the serious offences defined in this Part is committed deceitfully, or is likely to endanger the 
life of another person, the term of imprisonment may be increased by one third. 
Section 354a 
If any of the offences defined in sections 350, 350a, 351, 352 and 354 is committed with the intention 
of preparing or facilitating a terrorist offence, the term of imprisonment prescribed for the offence shall 
be increased by one third.
