Part XXVII. Destruction or Damage 
Section 350 
1.  Any person who intentionally and unlawfully destroys, damages, renders unusable or disposes of 
any property belonging in whole or in part to another, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not 
exceeding two years or a fine of the fourth category. 
2.  Any person who intentionally and unlawfully kills, maims, renders unusable or disposes of an 
animal belonging in whole or in part to another, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not 
exceeding three years of a fine of the fourth category.
