Section 98c 
1.  Any person who:  
1°.  intentionally takes or has in his possession, without authority, any information, object or data as 
referred to in section 98; 
2°.   carries out any activity with the intention of obtaining, without authority, any information, object 
or data as referred to in section 98;  
3°.   covertly, under false pretences, by means of disguise or by a way other than the regular 
entrance, enters or attempts to enter a prohibited place, or is so present in such place, or 
leaves or attempts to leave such a place by such means or ways;
