Section 77wc 
1.  In its judgment in which the measure pertaining to the conduct of the juvenile is imposed, the court 
shall order the imposition of default juvenile detention in the event the juvenile fails to satisfactorily 
cooperate with the enforcement of the measure.  
2.  The term of default juvenile detention shall be set in whole days, weeks or months. A maximum of 
one month’s default juvenile detention shall be imposed for each month for which the measure is 
imposed.  
3.  Where a part of the measure has been completed, the term of default juvenile detention shall be 
reduced proportionately.
