Operations Plan, Organizational Structure and Management

Turning to the operations plan, there are various equipment required in order for the business to run smoothly, without distractions during the online sessions. Therefore, the following equipment and requirements have been identified:

   High-quality microphone (3pcs for 3 tutors)

   3 computers/laptops for convenient teaching

Online Classes and Exams

As it has been discussed above, there will be between 4-6 sessions per week since Big Ben School aims to prepare students for entrance exams within a few months. Lectures explaining the topic together with the homework material will be uploaded on the website while live tutorials through Zoom will be conducted in order to allow students ask clarifying questions and demonstrate their homework. Mock-exams that evaluate student performance are conducted on a monthly basis. Students with outstanding results during the mock exams are rewarded with discount to their fee, which would further motivate them to study. Thus, the main goal of Big Ben Schools operations is to ensure that despite education being provided online, the quality of learning is not sacrificed.
