Procedure
Warm-up (10 mins)
Hand out students the worksheets with the sentences.
Tell the students to read aloud them in particular tone of voice
Model a variety of tones and have your students do it too.
Tell your students why their tone of voice matters and why they need to be cognizant of whether or not they are using the tone they intend.
Speaking (15 mins)
Task 2
Active listening.

discuss how to describe their tone and the feelings the characters convey. Does everyone agree?
