Using of personal mobile in the shop floor, regardless of leaders advising him it is prohibited to do so.

Said that he has customers who has inquired for particular items. He was taking photos and sending them to update them of new items.

He has committed to keep mobile during working hours and would inform or seek advice of SFL/Line Manager in case he need to. He will also be receiving a copy of HR policies circular apart from discussing each points during this counselling session.
