Maintain Cost Center Details 

This tab has one main, read-only section: 



 

Name 



 

Code: Identifier for the Cost Center. 



 

Description. 



 

Always  Available:  A  check  box  indicating  if  the  Cost  Center  is  always  available  to  the 

system, or whether it is restricted to a particular period of time. When you are editing 

this field, you can un-check the box and specify an Available From and Available To date 

range instead.

System Date: The system date is displayed here to assist in the date setting. 



 

Availability:  The  system  calculates,  based  upon  the  above  settings,  whether  the  Cost 

Center is currently available or not.
