OK: An icon shown against each line that when clicked saves the changes you make in the 

note.

Requisitioner Instruction: You can select or deselect the check box accordingly. 

 

Providing the OK icon is selected against each edited line, there is nothing more to do on this list, 

and the editing task is complete. 

 

Delete a Note: 

The Terms & Conditions table also used for deleting one or more Terms & Conditions.

Select the check box next to the relevant notes you need to delete.

Click the Delete Selected Row(s) button.   

Audit Log 

This menu item is an enquiry-based screen that enables the system’s audit log to be interrogated.
