Can Receipt Own Orders: Where the user is permitted to receipt the goods and services 

delivered from their own purchase orders, then this check box can be checked, when in 

edit mode, to allow that.

Can Approve Own Orders: If this check box is checked during edit mode, users who are 

set up as approvers in Approvals Admin are allowed to access their own requisitions and 

approve them. 



 

Can  Raise  Future  Orders:  If this  option is  checked, the user,  who  has  a  Requisitioning 

Role  assigned,  can  create  requisitions  with  a  commencement  date  in  the  future  so 

budgets for future period spend can be booked in their forward period.  


