Interpretation:
Add scores for 1a, 2d, 3b, and 4b.
This is your Accommodator score.

score.
Add scores for 1d, 2b, 3a, and 4c. This is your
Assimilator score.
While everyone uses each of the four styles at
times, whichever score is higher is your preferred
