Contract № 1 Yiwu (China) 01.03.2022 "TOPOSYOMKA SERVIS" LLC, Republic of Uzbekistan hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", represented by Director Nematilloev S. acting under the Charter, on the one hand, and the company « Chengdu Zhicun Space Surveying And Mapping Instrument Co., Ltd.», China, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on behalf of Lui Wei, the Director, acting on the basis of the By-Low, the Executive Director, Yang Wanly acting on the basis of the Chapter, on the other part, have signed the present Contract on the following basis: Subject of the Contract In accordance with the present Contract the Seller shall deliver and the Buyer shall accept and pay the Goods on terms CIP - Tashkent (Uzbekistan) (ИНКОТЕРМС 2010)as per Appendix which shall be regarded as an integral part of the present Contract. Custom Code for the Product is as per Appendix. Price and Total Value of the Contract The total value of the present Contract amounts to 16500 (sixteen thousand five hundred) US Dollars. The price is on CIP Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in country of Buyer, according to Incoterms 2010. Contract currency – USD. Payment currency – USD. The price is specified in Appendix. Terms of Payment Payment for the delivered goods is made in US dollars by bank transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Seller by prepayment or within 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the date of receipt of the goods and registration of the CCD in the country of the Buyer. 3.2. All taxes, duties, bank charges and other expenses related to the execution of the present Contract within the territory of the Buyer’s country shall be born by the Buyer, and all taxes, duties, bank charges and other expenses outside the above mentioned territory, including corresponding bank charges shall be borne by the Seller. Terms of Delivery Delivery of the Goods shall be executed by railway or auto transport on CIP -Tashkent, Uzbekistan (INCOTERMS 2010). The term of delivery of the Goods under this contract is within 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt of the prepayment to the Seller's settlement account.
