In order to understand the current state of the language, its grammatical forms, its phonetic structure, the structure of its vocabulary, it is necessary to consider each phenomenon of the modern language as a well-known result of a long historical development, as the result of a number of changes and transformations that have taken place over more or less long periods of time.
