INTRODUCTION
Nowadays searching various effective methods in teaching English is the actual problem. The English language is the language of the world, and English teachers have changed their methods of delivery over the years to suit the present scenario. In this article, I will be discussing specific popular and efficient ways of teaching the English language, which fulfills the demand of modern learners.
Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire,’ the teachers of the 21st century have improvised specific methods to make learning more fun and easily understandable. Early 15c., "regular, systematic treatment of disease," from Latin methodus "way of teaching or going," from Greek methodos "scientific inquiry, method of inquiry, investigation," originally "pursuit, a following after," from meta "in pursuit or quest of" (see meta-) + hodos "a method, system; a way or manner". According to Asher and James (1982), “Methods are the combination of techniques that are used and plasticized by the teachers in the classrooms to teach their students and approaches are the philosophies of teachers about language teaching that can be applied in the classrooms by using different techniques of language teaching.” The Utilization Saturation and Errors Method is a methodology for analyzing the performance of any system. It directs the construction of a checklist, which for server analysis can be used for quickly identifying resource bottlenecks or errors. Trend is defined as to go in a general direction or to have a tendency to go in a certain way. An example of trend is for a plain to stretch westward across a state. An example of trend is when the number of murders in a city reduce downward. verb. A fad or fashion style. In general, everything you teach needs to be relevant to the students’ environment, as students are the focal point of the teaching and learning process. Many teachers are looking for alternatives to letter grading. Some worry that traditional grading methods do not accurately measure student progress.[1]
Mastery-based grading measures how well students have developed the skills they learned in class and allows opportunities for resubmission. Ultimately, students are graded as either having mastered or not mastered a concept rather than on an A to F scale. In this way, students can continue to practice skills they haven’t yet mastered and avoid becoming discouraged.
