8) THE PARTICIPANT WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING STEPS AND WILL SUBMIT THE
FOLLOWING:
A.
To confirm the email address and I will send to the person in charge an email, but also to verify the
email not least than 2 times a week and to answer immediately to Company, Sponsor and Employer’s;
B.
To upload or send by email the CV in English + photo in jpg format 600 px / 600 px;
C.
To pass the English test and I will attend the courses of English language upon the indications of the
person in charge;
D. 
To submit the Identification document + a copy of the identification document of one parent;
E. 
To submit the International Passport, it must be issued for 5 - 10 years and valid at least 1 year;
F. 
If I have been to USA: SSN Card + prior visa for USA + entrance stamp to USA;
G.
To submit the student certificate in original and go to the visa interview on the scheduled time and
pay an embassy fee.
H.
To fill in all the necessary forms on the Sponsor’s website and the form DS 160 on the website
www.ceac.state.gov.
9) FORCE MAJEURE:
A.
Upon the occurrence of the impossibility for total or partial performance of agreement, like: fires,
natural calamities, military fight actions, modification of the legislation in force, including the methods
for the issuance of visa and other surroundings which cannot be exceeded and do not depend on parties,
the term for the performance of agreement is postponed at that time;
B.
If the non-estimated power surroundings take place for more than two months, any of the party has
the right to refuse the performance of contractual obligations and none of the parties can ask from the
other the repayment of possible losses;
C.
The party, found in the impossibility of performing the obligations according to the agreement, is
obliged urgently to inform the second party about the occurrence or committing of offences, which
prevents the fulfilment of the agreement.
