The termination / annulment of the program: I understand that the exclusion from the Sponsor’s
Program will lead to the illegal stay on USA territory. I will go to the country immediately, on the
contrary, I will confront sanctions. I will be reported to the Immigration Department by SEVIS. I
understand that in the future I will not be able to obtain a visa for the USA.
G.
The reporting of findings at employer: I understand that I have to report the address of the place of
work and of the living place and I have to remain at the address confirmed in the database of the SEVIS
information service for the entire duration of the program. If I leave the place of work before the
finishing of the program data, my participation will be cancelled.
H.
Legal provisions: I understand that while I am in the USA I am subject to the federal, state and local
laws, civil and criminal justice system of the USA, and the failure to subject them will lead to fines,
convictions, prison, sanctions and exclusion from the Sponsor’s Program.
I.
I understand that the Sponsor / Agent is not liable for any of the civil or criminal liabilities which I
have to bear or for my support and defence in any way, concerning any legal complaints done against
me.
J.
Return: I have to return to the country before my study starts. The retainment will lead to the
takeover by the Immigration or Deporting Department. The status of my visa and my visa program
cannot be extended or modified by the Sponsor’s help.
K.
Liability for my actions: I understand that I have to observe these Terms and Conditions of the
Program, and the visa regimen. My signature below confirms that I have read, understood and I agree to
observe the rules, terms and conditions presented by the Sponsor, and by ignoring them I will not be
exonerated of the liability during the program.
