Analysis of the results of world experience shows that overhaul of various sets of equipment is a waste of time 
and money. In order to increase the efficiency of industrial enterprises, it is necessary to apply models and methods to the 
operation process of new equipment and technologies. Control of operating modes during operation of machines and 
equipment operating in complex conditions requires progressive development. It is also possible to prevent economic 
losses by controlling the performance of the equipment that will cause the failure, saving time spent on overhaul and 
resolving small problems in a timely manner without facing major problems. The issue considered from this point of view 
is not only topical, but also of scientific and practical value[1,3]. 
Establishment of automated control at any time of the mode of operation and reliability of the structures included 
in the set of equipment, their diagnostics, including ensuring the safety and economic efficiency of oil and gas 
transportation and shipment in any direction. Predicting the reliability of equipment parts and assemblies based on their 
reliability will prevent future accidents and downtime, as well as facilitate their maintenance and minimize danger. 
From this point of view, the research proposed to build a non-fuzzy model based on statistical data on the theory 
of fuzzy sets to predict the operational performance of the improved structures included in the equipment set. As a result 
of the study, the reasons for the inability of equipment to predict the operability of a set of equipment are predicted by 
developing an algorithm for learning a fuzzy model based on statistical data and determining the reliability of equipment 
depending on the failure of its main parts[2,4,5].
