Introduction
These It is undeniable that color plays an important role in our daily life. One of the popular methods to use for 
colors is the color identification. It is highly used in industrial and scientific applications. The number of sensors dedicated 
to color sensing is surprisingly small and —more importantly—the existence or operation principles of such sensors are 
very little known to the public [1]. Color sensing has many applications like Bricks sorter, seeds and beans separation, 
categorizing medicines, etc. In this paper color sensing is employed to design and develop a simple education tool for 
children. In fact, many children face certain problems in learning and pronouncing names of different colors. Also, some 
of them had lost interest in learning because of the old teaching technical. It is known that the recognition of the colors 
plays a role in daily human life, and the ability to identify the color names is an essential part of a child's development. 
Early identification of colors helps to create the cognitive link between visual clues and words. The employment of 
technology can improve the education quality [2]-[4]. In this context, color sensors can be used to build a color teaching 
tool for children.
