Conclusion 
 
ISO 17025:2017`s technical basis is metrological traceability. It is needed to be served as the guarantee, that 
calibration and testing laboratories can make reliable and appropriate calibration of devices. In other cases provide proper 
results of measurement as well.
 
All this can be performed by forming a chain of metrological traceability between the laboratories standards and 
a key standard of reference. The other way is to use physical constants during calibrations. The uncertainties grow up 
along with the traceability chains. They are needed to inform the degree of accuracy of the results. 
CRMs` availability is quite restrained. It does not fulfil the requirements of the laboratories entirely. So, it is 
essential to encourage the production of new CRMs and the accreditation of reference material producers under the ISO 
Guide (34:2009)
