Many topical issues of creating and implementing an IT strategy remain unexplored
It is necessary to note some urgent problems, the study of which has not yet received sufficient attention:
- integration of the IT substructure into the company;
- responsibility of the strategy developer for the implementation of the project and forecast of the creator on the effectiveness of the implementation of the program
- adaptation of Western information technologies to Russian specifics;
- psychological training of employees when introducing new technologies;
- provision of external consulting as an opportunity for additional income for the organization.
Thus, IT strategy is a way of using information technologies to solve business problems of a company, which allows it to be adequate in the market and contributes to increasing its competitiveness.
CONCLUSION
The presented example of a project for the implementation of one of the ITSM processes well illustrates the general rule: in order to take into account the diverse factors affecting the process being implemented, it is necessary to analyze possible methods and ways of solving problems and select only those that will give the maximum positive effect. This effect can be expressed both through the degree of automation of the implemented ITSM process, and through the time of implementation of its various stages or procedures, as well as through the time and budget allocated for the implementation process. To obtain such an effect, it is necessary to carry out the choice of methods and methods of solution in a complex, taking into account their influence on each other.
