What is Outstaffing?
Often, companies begin to use IT outsourcing by hiring specialists from a third-party IT company in the staff of their own IT department. This service is called "outstaffing". This is a kind of “buying” specialists to do a certain job. This type of outsourcing assumes that the customer pays not so much for the service as for a specific person, say, a service engineer, to work for him for a specific time. Hiring outsourced employees allows the customer to work more flexibly during peak hours and reduce infrastructure capital costs.
