Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing with the connection of bad service I got from your flourish shop on January 20, 2018.

That day I ordered red roses for my friend’s birthday.
For unknown reasons , my friend was delivered yellow daffodils. Because she is allergic to daffodils, she started to sneeze and her face get red. As her best friend I knew about her allergy, so I immediately apologized saying there had to be misunderstanding. When I called to your shop no one answered me. At last when I tried the 5^th time a girl took the phone. After I explained the situation, she apologized but said couldn’t change anything as simple assistant. She mentioned the florist was absent because of some reasons.
I know no one is perfect. Everyone can make mistake. The thing making me angry is after that event past three days but your shop neither call nor send. I think this manner of work can badly influence on reputation of your shop. Furthermore, it can cause to lose customers. I hope you will rectify the situation in order not to repeat it in prospect. I look forward to hearing from you.
