Author Biography
Se Woong Lee
is an assistant professor in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at
University of Missouri–Columbia. His research focuses on developing innovative ways to mea-
sure, evaluate, and improve educational policy and impact issues challenging educators today.
Particularly, his research interests include teacher quality and globalization.
