Bonus 25$ (USD) or 25€ (Euros) - Terms and Conditions

1. 
   This agreement (“the Agreement”) provides the framework of the Bonus 25$ (USD) or 25€ (Euros) structure offered by HOCH CAPITAL Limited (“ITrader”)
   
2. 
   ITrader is an Investment Firm incorporated and registered under the laws of the Republic of
   

Cyprus, ITrader is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CySec”) and subject to CySec rules, with CIF license number 198/13.

3. 
   ITrader promotes a 25$ (USD) or 25€ (Euros) Sign-up Bonus (the “Bonus”) to its Clients, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document. The Bonus is valid for 2015.
   
4. 
   By opening a trading account, the Client acknowledges that he has read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the ITrader Trading terms and conditions
   
5. 
   The Bonus will be limited to one account per Client (regardless of the number of accounts which the Client will maintain with ITrader).
   
6. 
   The life of the granted Bonus is 2 months.
   
7. 
   The Bonus will be credited into the eligible Client’s account, as a notional sum, after all requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met. The Bonus will not be recorded or construed as a liability of ITrader towards the Clients and may be unilaterally, retroactively and unconditionally be withheld and subtracted from the Clients’ accounts, at any time and at the discretion of ITrader.
   
8. 
   Upon the opening of the Client’s account, the Bonus will be automatically credited as a notional sum into the eligible Client's account, provided that all requirements set out in these terms and conditions have been met.
   
9. 
   In order to claim the Bonus offered under this promotion, the Client should set up an account with ITrader and then email his Client Portal’s username (i.e. his registered email address) to ITrader at [e-mail]. The Bonus shall be given provided that all the requirements set out in these terms and conditions are met.
   
10. 
    Following receipt of the Bonus and in order to be eligible to request a withdrawal of funds, the client must complete at least $250,000.00USD or Euros 250,000.00€ one way and the client must also make a minimum fund deposit of $250.00USD or €250.00Euros. If the Client requests a withdrawal of funds from his account (or requests an internal transfer of funds from one account to another), ITrader may at its discretion decide to remove, proportionally, the granted Bonus prior to proceeding with any Client’s withdrawal request based on the Client’s profit and/or loss ratio. Provided that ITrader proceeds with the withdrawal, subtraction or deletion of the Bonus from the Clients’ account(s), such action shall not give rise to any cause of action, liability or remedy against ITrader.

11. 
    The Client acknowledges that when the account balance is less than $5 or in any other equivalent currency, then the Client will not be eligible to make any internal transfer.
    
12. 
    The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products which involve a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for Clients to lose all their capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and Clients should ensure that they understand the risks involved. Clients should seek independent advice if necessary.
    
13. 
    The Client is only entitled to receive the Bonus once (regardless of the number of Accounts he maintains with ITrader).
    
14. 
    ITrader employees and partners cannot participate in this promotion.
    
15. 
    This promotion is independent and does not affect any promotions previously offered by ITrader. Clients should contact their account managers if they have any questions (or wish to make requests) in relation to this Promotion.
    
16. 
    If ITrader suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse the terms of this Bonus or any other promotion of ITrader, or has acted in bad faith, ITrader reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that Client the Bonus and, if necessary: (i) to withhold, cancel and subtract from that Client’s account(s) the Bonus, (ii) to terminate that Client’s access to services provided by ITrader and/or terminate the contract between ITrader and the Client for the provision of services (iii) to block that Client’s Account(s) (save where required otherwise by a relevant authority) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance (less the Bonus if applicable) to the Client.
    
17. 
    If ITrader suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused the terms and conditions of this Bonus by hedging his positions internally (using other trading accounts held with ITrader) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers), ITrader reserves the right, without the Client’s consent, to withdraw immediately the Welcome Bonus from the Client’s trading account(s) or from his winning hedged accounts.
    
18. 
    On account of the fact that this Bonus is a notional bonus made available by ITrader to its Clients, ITrader reserves the right to unilaterally modify, change or terminate this Bonus or any of the terms and conditions included herein, at any time, without the Client’s consent.
    
19. 
    By accepting a bonus into your account, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above and hereinafter you understand that these terms and conditions are set in accordance to the CI1442014-02 (Bonus Circular), to the C065 (Trading benefits) and in accordance with each Client’s unique circumstances.
    
20.
