the RA damper is open, and the OSA damper is modulated to obtain
the minimum OSA flow rate. When the OSA damper is fully open, the
RA damper must be modulated toward closed to maintain the OSA
flow rate. The low-limit sensor T2 can be allowed to reset the OSA
flow rate set point
upward
so long as the mixed air temperature is
above a minimum. The high-limit sensor returns the flow rate set
point to minimum whenever the OSA temperature is too high for econ-
omy. The REL damper and fan come into action whenever the OSA
flow rate exceeds the minimum.
