His behavior is worthy of praise. Her behavior is worthy of respect.
Mentor [Noun] (an experienced and trusted adviser who gives someone younger or with less experience help and advice over a period of time).

My brother needed a mentor to teach him about the world of politics.
Lack of respect for [Expression] (to have no special regard or respect for someone or something).
He has a lack of respect for women. Lack of respect for elders is growing.
Depression [Noun] (feeling very sad or anxious; having a depressed mood).
She suffered from depression after losing her job.
His depression made him unable to get out of bed.
