No-stopping zones = No parking areas [Noun] (areas in which you are not permitted to stop or park your car or other vehicles).
No Stopping' zones provided for children's crossings. Yellow or red lines indicate no-stopping zones.
Slum [Noun] (an area of a city where living conditions are very poor and the houses are in bad condition).
I can't stand this slum any longer, tidy it up!

Pay a visit [Expression] (to go somewhere to visit (someone or a place)).

Historical places [Noun] (places that have historical value due to some important events in the past).

They tried to overcharge me, but I didn't agree.
Make sure they don't overcharge you for the food and drinks.
Influx [Noun] (an arrival or entry into a place of large numbers of people or things).
The influx of tourists has reached its summer peak. The hotel has received a large influx of guests.
Far-flung [Adjective] (very distant or remote).
Email enables far-flung friends to keep in touch.
His fame has reached the most far-flung corners of the globe.
