Suit someone down to the ground [Expression] (to be completely suitable, convenient or right for someone).
America suits him down to the ground. This new job suits her down to the ground.
To seat [Verb] (to arrange for someone to sit somewhere).
The delegates have to be seated according to protocol.
The waiter greeted me with a big smile and seated me by the window.
Souvenir [Noun] (something you buy or keep as a reminder of a place, an occasion or a holiday/vacation).
The more my mom looks at her souvenir coffee mug, the more she wants to go back to New York.
I bought a model of a red London bus as a souvenir of my trip to London.
To stand out [Verb] (to be prominent or more important than somebody/something).
Her bright dress always makes her stand out in a crowd. Their old red car stood out from all the rest.
To stem from [Verb] (to be the result of something).
The problems stemmed from a power failure at a data center. Her headaches stemmed from vision problems.
Social isolation [Noun] (the state of isolating/separating someone from society).
It is necessary to apply the form of social isolation towards people who are violent or dangerous to others.
Social isolation is usually connected with increased mortality.
Spread throughout [Verb] (to open, arrange, or place something over a large area).
The fire spread throughout the house.
The news of their marriage spread throughout the village.
Set to [Verb] (likely to).
We are set to meet in Washington on Thursday.
I was happy to know that everything was set to go.
Sustain [Verb] (support something/somebody physically or mentally in order to be able to continue to live).
The ship appeared not to sustain any damage.
In the past, sailors took large supplies of fresh water and food on their ships to sustain them on their long voyages.
Settle [Verb] (to go and live permanently in a particular place).
After her father died, she decided to settle in Sydney. We are planning to settle in Australia in the near future.
