Art. 10 Scholarship 

The scholarship regulation is follow. 

The student who is awarded with a scholarship 

is entitled to a € 1,000 discount on the 

participation fee based on the evaluation 

obtained during the interview, and also to 

participate – free of charge – to the CWMUN® 

live in NYC in New York City. 

To the student who is awarded with the 

scholarship, accommodation and access services 

to the Live  conference area are offered by 

Diplomatici, are free of charge, and cannot be 

considered in any way services purchased 

through this contract.  

Accommodation rights in New York are given to 

the student who is awarded with the scholarship 

from the very same moment in which 

Diplomatici confirms the student's name to the 

service providers. 

If due to force majeure or for reasons not 

attributable to Diplomatici, the event related to 

the scholarship the student was awarded with 

should be canceled in its whole or in part, or 

should not take place on the originally scheduled 

dates, or should be prohibited or made more 

difficult for any reason entering the United 

Nations Building, or could not the Student take 

part to it for any reason, Diplomatici retains the 

right to the agreed compensation for the 

training courses as per details defined by this 

contract  –  because the participation to  the 

CWMUN live NYC in New York City cannot be, in 

possible any way, related to the scholarship or 

considered as a service purchased by the 

Student or as a prerequisite for the participation 

of the Student to the training course. 

Any delays, non-

compliance, lack of 

conformity, or inefficiencies due to hotels or 

tour operators from which Diplomatici has 

previously purchased the services, will be 

objected by the Student directly against the third 

parties, who have full responsibility for the rights 

and services purchased by Diplomats in favor of 

the Students awarded with a scholarship. 

Diplomatici is not responsible for any damage 

suffered by the Student due to non-compliance, 

delays, lack of conformity, or inefficiencies 

attributable to air companies, hotels or tour 

operators providing the services covered by the 

scholarship. 

During the hotel check-out, Diplomatici will 

carefully check each room to verify its cleaning 

conditions and if damages were made. In case 

of anomalies, any possible additional cost that 

the hotel will charge as a consequence of the 

aforementioned damages and / or for the 

supplement of the necessary cleaning activities 

must be paid by the room’s occupants. 

Given the large number of participants, during 

the check-in delays in the delivery of rooms may 

occur due to the hotel organization. Diplomatici 

will do everything possible to minimize any 

inconvenience, which however cannot be, in 

any wat, attributed to the responsibility of 

Diplomatici.
