INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation)
The aim of the research work is the disclosure of the socio-philosophical nature of the educational views of Ahmad Donish and the justification of their place in the construction of an enlightened society.
The object of the study is a scientific and philosophical study of the views of Ahmad Donish on the development of society, justice in public administration, the reform of political administration, and the promotion of the interests of the people in their spiritual heritage.
The subject of the study is determined by the substantiation of the socio-philosophical essence of the educational views of Ahmad Donish, their significance for the present, and the determination of their place in the upbringing of the mature generation.
Scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:
On the basis of the work “Navodir ul-Vakoe”, the constructive (creative) value of such advanced ideas of Ahmad Donish as national self-consciousness, social solidarity and tolerance on the way to stabilizing the socio-political situation in the Bukhara Emirate in the late 19th - early 20th centuries was proved;
It has been proved from a philosophical point of view that the mental criteria of human perfection, such as fidelity, self-control, patience, are in harmony with the principles of continuous spiritual education, the formation of social skills and qualities necessary for an independent and happy life of the young generation, and that it is adequate to the moral education of modern youth;
it was revealed that secularist ideas about raising the position of the intelligentsia in the stratification system of society, according to Ahmad Donish, are compatible with the substantive basis for the development of society due to the fact that this contributes to caring for the people, the rise of the state economy, the development of science and technology, subordination to public interests;
it is substantiated that the works of Akhmad Donish "A Brief History of the Mangyts of Bukhara", "Navodir ul-wakae" turned out to be a fundamental source, since they substantiated the need for the selection of knowledgeable and experienced personnel in the system of public administration and production in solving such problems as social management and the system of statehood of that time.
