During the 10 years the flora and KotuiAnabar plateau with a total area of approx. 70 thousand 
km2was surveyed.639 species of vascular plants are identified. By the nature of the geological structure, re-
lief and vegetation in the territory are allocated 7 landscapes. Cluster analysis of the flora of landscapes by 
different parameters is carried out. According to the qualitative composition of the flora, clusters are distin-
guished: a) the poorest flora of the Anabar shield and intrusive remains, b) the richest floras of basaltic 
mountains and river valleys; c) flora of limestone mountains enriched with calcific species. By the ratio of 
latitudinal elements, two clusters are distinguished: a) with the predominance of the Arctic and b) boreal lati-
tudinal fraction. The flora of the territory as a whole refers to the hypoarctic–montane subtype of the hypo-
arctic type.
