in DJ skills as it goes in
favour of men, while make-up has higher average value at women. Still, over 50%
of survey respondents know well, very well and excellent fitness, personal training,
aquabic, aerobic, Pilates, body building, massage etc. We can conclude based on
this that the animators passed through the animation training and that they possess
the knowledge for realization of recreational activities.
In the analysis of daily activities we see that volleyball is on first place with 89,3%
of the ones who prefer and adore this activity. Aquabic follows with 89,3%
(difference is that volleyball is adored by 68% and aquabic by 61%). Darts,
table
tennis and mini club are the activities that are preferred but not so much adored, but
still they are on top of the chart. Water polo and Olympic day follow, while
activities that are much adored are stretching and hiking. Ranked programs show
the attractiveness of certain activities so at the top are
universal and commercial
activities.
At the bottom of ranked activities are golf, karate, tai chi, horse-riding, ballet. All
sports recreational activities are interesting to animators.
The analysis of the evening programs shows that first 10th places belong to contact
evenings. Most of animators feel that the atmosphere is better if the audience
participates in creating the activities. 60% i.e. 70% of animators prefer activities
like
dance night, beauty contests and the best couple. We may conclude that the
most of animators prefer typical evening programs i.e. the activities where the
contact with the audience is the main happening.
Communication is the inevitable part of animation. Communication with the clients
is the most important one. Over 90% of animators consider it to be important.
Communication with management,
bar personnel, restaurant and kitchen staff,
maintenance department is also important. This confirms that every communication
is the basis for the job as an animator.
If we analyze the results of the research of announcement the activities we can see
that the most of animators prefer it when the activities are announced on the board.
Over 80% prefer the daily option of announcement and 75% prefer the weekly one.
Microphone also has its function in informing the guests about activities.
Presentation on the welcome meeting is on 4th place. Daily routine is also the
inevitable way of informing the guests about the activities. The announcement of
the activities through written material is not so efficient because of the fact that the
guests do not like to read on vacation. The announcement of the activities a couple
of days in advance has an important part of animation marketing.
In the end we see that the animators are capable of handling large number of daily
sports recreational activities, typical evening programs based on the level of general
education and based on the specific
