   !!!Never send without checking, if name is not the same that load was booked, you need to remove it.
   If there was delay at the shipper and comes to detention, ask driver to put in and out time on the BOL.
   Make sure our check in time is not later than it was on rate confirmation (unless it wasn’t agreed with the broker).
   Check BOL address and rate conf address, confirm with the broker.

   Be very attentive with phones and company names – when calling /emailing check twice under what company name load was booked and which number are you calling.
   

3. 
   POD -always check if it is clean, don’t let driver leave the facility.
   We need to get confirmation from the broker that we are good to go and will be paid as per rate confirmation.

   Inspected drivers during the transit time – cooperate with the safety department. Informed about emergency. If WS is open, try find ways to detour it.

   Accident. See what pictures you are sending. Don’t send Verda truck picture when it is Step load. Avoid sending how badly equipment is damaged. Talk to the safety first about all details.

   Overweight. Keep broker updated. In case back to the shipper, request additional miles coverage, layover/detention .

   Load cancellation. Check unit availability in the area. By samsara/by TA, only then cancel. Make sure the broker receives your email and get respond from him.

    Repowering. Analyze the situation, take an available truck to repower the load in order to provide good carrier service.

    Always keep broker updating with any issues with the truck/traffic/weather conditions.

    Guys, you know how hard drivers’ work is. Please try not to bother them where there is no need. Depends on the situation. But if there is a chance gather information from the group /samsara….he has time but broker just need to see truck moving, try to win time and let driver rest.
