Annotation: 
This article deals with the translation of sentences in English, German and Uzbek, 
the connections and differences between them in the practice of translation. The difference in word 
order in simple and complex sentence structures shows that in translation practice it is easier to 
translate by certain methods.

One of the most important and significant parts of translation theory is that there is a difference 
in the structure of a sentence translated from one language to another. Only if the original speaker’s 
speech is very simple can we achieve a certain good result in translation. Due to the lack of parallel-
ism between English, German and Uzbek, it is not possible to translate words in parallel. This aspect 
is specific to languages belonging to the Germanic language group. In particular, the translator’s 
syntactic changes help to overcome the difficulties encountered in translating from Uzbek to English 
or German. According to the results of the study, when translating cohesive sentences in Uzbek into 
English and German, translating cohesive parts into the owner of the sentence helps to translate cor-
rectly. The similarities between them are studied below.
