At the same time, the inconsistency of vocational education programs with the levels of the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCE) adopted by UNESCO, the incomplete introduction of the National Qualifications Framework of Uzbekistan in the educational process hinders the training of qualified personnel in the labor market. Improving the system of vocational education on the basis of advanced foreign experience, training qualified and competitive personnel for the labor market through the introduction of primary, secondary and secondary special vocational education, as well as the involvement of employers in this process.
