With the growing economic potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan, automobile 
and communications are also developing. Such changes are associated with the level 
of social development of our population. The development of the network brings 
about certain problems in the field of ensuring safety of movement: the occurrence of 
traffic accidents, as a result of which people are deprived of life or receive various 
bodily injuries, the occurrence of traffic jams on highways and city streets, pollution 
of the environment.The most obvious of the problem is that people get physical 
talofat.And this is the social problem of our society. A number of laws and decisions 
are being adopted by our government in order to eliminate these problems and 
improve the security of movement. In particular, the resolution of the president of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 11, 2017 № 3127 “on measures for further 
improvement of the system of ensuring Traffic Safety” was adopted with a view to 
further improvement of the system of ensuring traffic safety.[1] 
The population of the Republic of Uzbekistan reaches 34382 thousand people 
according to the state of October 1, 2020, the number of vehicles registered is 
3083849 units within the specified period. Analysis of road traffic accidents in recent 
years shows that in 2020 in Uzbekistan there were a total of 6 982 road traffic 
accidents. This is-8 092 percent less than the previous figure of a year (13,7).

According to the Main Directorate of traffic safety of the MIA, 1962 people were 
killed as a result of the Yths last year. Compared to the 2019 year, the number of 
victims of YTH (2 094) decreased by 6,3 percent. 
The number of STDs ending with death decreased by 12,9 percent (from 1 940t to 1 
689t), the number of injured STDs decreased by 16,8 percent (from 7 923 people to 
6 591 people) (Figure 1).
Increasing the speed of vehicles, the ignorance of the traffic rules of the participants, 
as well as the neglect are the main reasons for such tragic statistics that occur on the 
roads 
of 
the 
country.[2]
