Impersonation
Attention of the applicants is specifically drawn to the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 68A of the Companies
Act, which is reproduced below:
“
Any person who:
(a)
makes in a fictitious name, an application to a company for acquiring or subscribing for, any shares therein,
or
(b)
otherwise induces a company to allot, or register any transfer of shares, therein to him, or any other person
in a fictitious name,
shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years.”
Undertakings by the Bank
We undertake as follows:
that the complaints received in respect of this Issue shall be attended to by us expeditiously and satisfactorily;
that all steps will be taken for the completion of the necessary formalities for listing and commencement of trading
at all the Stock Exchanges where the Equity Shares are proposed to be listed within seven working days of
finalisation of the basis of allocation;
that the funds required for dispatch of refund orders or Allotment advice by registered post or speed post shall be
made available to the Registrar to the Issue by us;
that the refund orders or Allotment advice to the successful Bidders shall be dispatched within specified time; and
that no further issue of Equity Shares shall be made till the Equity Shares offered through the Red Herring
Prospectus are listed or until the Bid monies are refunded on account of non-listing, under-subscription etc.
Utilisation of Issue Proceeds
The Bank shall not have any recourse to the Issue proceeds until the approval for trading the Equity Shares is received
from the Stock Exchanges.
