Cardias glycoside
re specifically Cardiac glycosides can be mocategorized based on the plant they are derived from, as in the following list.
The general structure of a cardiac glycoside consists of a steroid molecule attached to a sugar
Cardiac glycosides also vary in the groups attached at either end of the steroid.
Cardenolides differ from bufadienolides due to the presence of an “enolide,”
cardenolides have been primarily derived from the foxglove plants Digitalis purpurea and Digitalis lanata, while bufadienolides have been derived from the venom of the cane toad
cardenolides are more commonly used medicinally, primarily due to the widespread availability of the plants from which they are derived.

Hemorrhoids
Ointments are also used to promote more complete absorption of the active ingredient or medication.
Vegetable oils

Hydrocarbon bases (oleaginous ointment bases) which keep medications in contact with the skin and can act as a moisturizer
Absorption bases, which incorporate water-based solutions that allow better absorption of some medicines and can also be used to moisturize
cardiac glycoside
Sadullayeva Mashhura 108 b
Cardiac glycosides are a class of organic compounds that increase the output force of the heart and decrease its rate of contractions by inhibiting the cellular sodium-potassium ATPase pump
Most commonly found as secondary metabolites in several plants such as foxglove plants, these compounds nevertheless have a diverse range of biochemical effects regarding cardiac cell function and have also been suggested for use in cancer treatment.
The most commonly prescribed cardiac glycoside is digoxin.Cardiac glycosides are used to treat patients with atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. In addition, they can be prescribed for congestive heart failure when the use of other medications fails
