INNOVATION IN TEACHING CHILDREN AT PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL 
ESTABLISHMENT

Indeed, this recommended teaching method has been studied in detail by specialists, scholars 
and government official leaders, and this unique innovative teaching method for preschool 
children has been recognized as the “ноу-хау” (know-how). 
The cause of inventing this innovation was the decision of our President Shavkat 
Miromonovich Mirziyoev which is directed to education system of children at preschool age who 
are the support of our future from the very first days of the rule of the government and it6 was 
established a special ministry for the education and upbringing the children at preschool age. It is 
the truth that the practical proof of such a noble initiative is the practical implementation of the 
wise words of our President which he said: “I believe that such youth, who will be educated in 
kindergarten, will become world-famous creative thinkers in the future”. 
The days which is the head of our state wishes that the scientific achievements of young 
people will be recognized throughout the world, will come. The essence of the recommended

invention is to ensure that children freely choose profession and understand the true essence of it 
using sensory education methods and the experiences which have been using in the leading foreign 
countries, and taking into consideration of forming the consciousness of children at different ages. 
Active participation and consultation of parents in this area give opportunity to avoid some 
disadvantages that can be applied in the educational process of children in choosing their 
profession. The importance of introducing unique alternative methods of teaching children in 
kindergarten is separately emphasized in the concept of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan, Mirziyoev Shavkat Miromonovich. In particular: 

The following invention – “ноу-хау” (know-how) has the great importance in carrying 
out tasks such as the step-by-step implementation on the basis of the approved separate 
“Roadmap”; 

training comprehensively perfect preschool children, implementation of effective forms 
and methods of education and training into education; 

implementing innovations, advanced pedagogical and information and communication 
technologies into the system of preschool education; 

implementing completely new approaches into training, retraining, selection and 
development of preschool education staff; 
The achieved results in implementing the tasks mentioned in the Concept are evaluated 
annually based on the targets and main fields for the relevant planned period. 
Four projects of “SMART KINDERGARTEN” is developed in choosing profession with 
helping unique innovative teaching preschool methods in kindergarten and at home and it was 
recognized by experts as a new, unprecedented world-wide approach in developed countries such 
as Europe, Japan, South Korea and Israel deeply studying experience and achievements of 
preschool educational establishment. 
In the first proposed innovative project, it will be necessary to build special rooms which are 
shown in the project, based on the requirements of today's kindergarten standard. These rooms 
will be provided with information belonging to professions, scholars and great educators, cartoons 
and toys which attract children's attention. For example, technology, art, medicine, botany, 
wildlife, geography, fundamental science, and so on. 
The curator shows children who come first time in the kindergarten, with all the professional 
rooms and introduces them to the professional trainer. In these rooms, professional trainers who 
have diploma belonging to their profession, provide vocational education with two and a half 
hours, show and entertaining games with children who come to the kindergarten first time from 
the second day. 
The children who are accepted to the kindergarten regardless of their age have been regularly 
observed in the kindergarten according to the profession they are interested in and free in the 
process of education and training. The information about the chosen profession by children and 
the sphere of their interest will be analyzed by psychologists once a month, based on the collected 
data. As a result, observed data which have been collected during the 4-year education period is 
researched sociologically and it is determined the percentage (or hours) and the level of the interest 
of children according to their profession. For example, if a child is educated during 4 years in the 
"technical" profession in 70%, in the profession belonging to the nature field in 20% in the arts 
profession in 10%, then if the children study in the auditorium which are equipped with things 
belonging to their chosen profession in a school, lyceum, college or university, they will be 
definitely a mature and suitable for the today's requirements, creative and responsible technician 
in the field of technology. 
Another important aspect of this method is that if a child does not like his or her profession 
later, or when he / she gets tired, he or she can continue to study in the second direction namely in 
the nature field or relax. Another advantage is that the training process of children is in a complex 
approach system. Namely, parents of children will receive monthly information about their 
children's interests in the profession and will have opportunity to create conditions belonging

profession for their child at home. As a result, the effectiveness of using proposed training method 
by the profession field of kindergarten and family members is more increased. 
A child who comes to school with a special appeal-certificate will be admitted to the class 
which is suitable for his/her chosen profession, and it will be necessary to create opportunities and 
conditions in the secondary school to continue the skills which he or she has acquired in the 
kindergarten. In order to achieve this, it is recommended that the special curricula and manuals 
which are suitable for the requirements of today, are created, the circles belonging to profession 
are created, conditions for the development and growth of the talent of the children are created in 
each school, lyceum, college and university. 
The advantage of this method which has the state importance is that the number of students 
who are enrolled in the first grade of the Republic's schools in the field of engineering, agriculture 
or information technology can be determined. Of course, this information may be changed in the 
first years according to the children's dislike profession later or the parents' advice. But when the 
children go to 7-8 classes, the statistics of the future specialist staff will change little. Thus, if the 
proposed methods are implemented in practice, it will be possible to obtain information about the 
students to the higher educational institutions and graduates of higher education. 
The main goal of the project is to identify the inclination of preschool children in the field 
of hereditary profession and they will become a leading creative expert in the future if they freely 
choose a profession with own desire without constrain propaganda in providing their future of 
course, in the control of specialist-trainer. 
It is well-known that the problems belonging to their moral aspirations and enthusiasm to 
the education of the youth of the Republic are sufficient. Various advices and recommendations 
have been illuminated in radio and television and information technology in general. But in foreign 
media information system which are contrary to our national tradition, have been constantly 
increased through the internet and computer. As we know, the consciousness of a child begins to 
grow as early as 3 months. Scientists in the field have proved in practice that the physiology of the 
brain of the child and his/her mentality are the main criteria for the formation of the child's 
consciousness and mind. The process of forming the consciousness of the child will be analyzed 
based on scientific and practical work, and it is necessary to create special programs which 
appreciate our tradition on the based of given conclusions, and to develop mobile phone 
applications for kindergarten children aged 2 to 7 years. Youth who use a phone which is created 
on the basis of such programs do not use other spiritual shallow programs that distort their minds. 
Of course, such programs have been created in developed countries. And we need to develop and 
put into practice the “Children's mobile phone” which is enriched with such Uzbek programs. 
The second project of the proposed “SMART KINDERGARTEN” is in the form and content 
of the period is the result of creative searching in fulfillment of dreams of Shavkat Miromonovich. 
A new architectural solution and animation based on world experience and standards has been 
created to ensure that our children can choose the profession they want. 
A circle table (for 50 or 75 children) in the middle part of the kindergarten building and 6-7 
professional rooms around it which the children enter freely and voluntarily, are given in the 
project. After the results of the study have been studied by architects and project specialists, the 
initial instruction of the project has been prepared for implementation in a licensed project 
organization in this field. In the third project it is developed a method for creating a MUSICAL 
ANTHOLOGY collection of formation of consciousness of children from three months to seven 
years with the use of innovative teaching methods to teach parents about their responsibility for 
upbringing their children, to fulfill their moral obligation to our people. 
This musical anthology serves as a musical guide of the innovative educational method 
created on the theme “Our children choose the profession” who are educated in the “SMART 
KINDERGARTEN” for parents and trainers. It is amazing that young women and young men 
of today's family need to know the modern methods which our parents used in order to teach 
their future children. Some young mothers don't even know how to diaper their babies when

they go out from the maternity home, so they ask the nurse to do it. This should not be allowed. 
In my opinion, it is necessary to teach imperatively the young parents in the special courses 
which how to educate and feed their children until they are 3-4 years old for young parents to 
be educated in the elementary with compulsory law. Japanese scientist MasriYbukini in his 
book “После трех поздна” gives examples that the history of the Indian child who up brought 
by wolves and although using of all methods of upbringing in England Mauglu did not become 
a mature, intelligent human personality and concludes on the basis of his scientific researches: 
“Widening of the children's brain cells consists of 70-80% of formation of their consciousness 
by the age of 3. Giving meaning to the consciousness which is formed in the next period will 
give the opportunity them to become a great expert”. Thus, the growth of brain cells coincides 
with the formation of the brain of the children. Therefore, it is important to remember that 
during the period of the formation of the consciousness of our children, the responsibility for 
upbringing the child is largely the parents' responsibility. 
Taking into account the foregoing, this guide covers 7 seasons of the formation of the 
consciousness of preschool children. In particular, in the first season, their mutual musical 
(duet) talking and appreciation mood, happy life of parents have a great importance in the 
formation of the consciousness of the children through the hearing and sensory organs of the 
child from the first 3 months of pregnancy to the birth of the child. Also, after the birth of a 
child, increasing his or her consciousness through hearing, sight, and color choices influences 
how parents and family members feel about the child. As with the two seasons above, during 
the rest of the child's growth years, 7 clips will be made as decorative design albums in 
performance of talented masters with the poems and national music which will be in the 
process of forming their minds. 
According to the fourth project of innovative idea, it is necessary to create an innovative 
form of EASTERN TEACHING ENCYCLOPEDIA of preschool children. 
Innovations in the creation of this proposed encyclopedia - advanced innovative methods 
belonging to the teaching child in developed countries are written in separate chapters, in the 
corresponding of alphabetical system. First of all, the information on the basis of the history 
of Avesta of the Turkic-Uzbek nationality and sources till today in teaching and training 
preschool children are illuminated in the first chapter of the encyclopedia. In addition, the 
innovative methods of teaching used in developed countries and the methods of educating 
belonging to the great thinkers of our time and their contribution to the treasury of world 
civilization are highlighted separately in the alphabetical chapters.It is recommended to give 
information about social, national, family, occupational disadvantages, deficiencies and 
negative blames which are devoted to factors which effect negatively to the training of the 
children. 
The aforementioned FOUR innovation projects were discussed three times at the 
Department of “Preschool Education” at the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named 
after Nizami, with the participation of Deputy Ministers, Heads of Departments and 
Departments of the Ministry of Pre-School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, the 
idea was also actively discussed with the specialists and scholars of the State Scientific 
Publishing House “National Encyclopedia of Uzbekistan” and the State Conservatory of 
Uzbekistan, was admitted that this “SMART KINDERGARTEN” is the project which consists 
of innovative ideas in teaching children. Also, this idea was confirmed by certificates of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan of Intellectual Property Agency with the number № 001128 and № 
001091.
