   Objective necessity of assessment of economic insolvency (bankruptcy), purpose and tasks of analysis
   

The debtor's order to fulfill its obligations stems from the beginning of the formation of a personality society. That is why it is always clear that the period of its occurrence in the study of the history of bankruptcy (economic insolvency) has been established.

Bankruptcy (Economic Insolvency) is an economic court recognized by the debtor's inability to fully satisfy creditors' claims on monetary obligations and (or) to perform their obligations on mandatory payments in full. Recognizing that competitors in the market economy are incapable of paying their debts, it is inaccessible to the development of the regulation without setting any important norms. The mutual borrowing between the two subjects is not just debt. These commitments are an integral part of the economy, society's commitment. That is, borrowing is not just a matter of their own. The concept of economic insolvency, bankruptcy is usually considered as a content. There are many reasons for this. But the root causes are strong competition, limited economic resources and financial capacities. In the conditions of the market economy, economic entities are economically independent, subject to competition. This fight has somebody, someone destroys it. Winning businesses will have a permanent place in the market, strengthening their financial position. Lost businesses either try or stop their work. Under the conditions of the market economy it is impossible to overcome it or to overthrow it. It can be said that the ongoing continuing competition is always a threat to economic insecurity or bankruptcy. The concept of bankruptcy is derived from the Italian word "banco-rotto", although in reality it means breaking down of the seat (seat), which, in fact, indicates that the debtor can not fully repayment obligations. In the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On bankruptcy" the bankruptcy symptoms are defined for legal entities separately for individuals. Absence of the debtor's ability to meet the creditors' claims on monetary obligations and (or) failure to fulfill their obligations under compulsory payments, if the obligation and (or) payments are made by the debtor within three months if not fulfilled, it is acknowledged for bankruptcy81. Procedures for recognizing and identifying bankruptcy of individual entrepreneurs and their separate categories (banks, agricultural entities, insurance companies, etc.) are clearly defined in the bankruptcy law. Understanding the cyclical process to understand how bankruptcy applies to business activities is an important issue. That is, bankruptcy, which is the address of any enterprise, consists of an aggregate sequence of processes.
