ABSTRACT 
This  article addresses the analysis  of the tourist training  system in the Republic of  Uzbekistan. 
The  essence  of  insufficient  provision  of  the  industry  with  qualified  personnel  and  positioning 
problems is revealed. In particular, the importance of developing infrastructure, training and the 
problem  of  positioning  of  Uzbekistan  in  world  markets  is  emphasized.  This  article  reveals  the 
problem of improving the training system for the tourism sector, the excessive academic nature 
of specialized higher education with a clear lack of practical skills, the need for the training of 
new types of specialists, extraordinarily minded, with wide knowledge and skills in related fields.
