RESULTS 

According to the study, the effective use of human resources, human resource development and 

the  introduction  of  international  standards  in  this  area,  in  particular,  will  increase  the 

attractiveness  of  rapid  investment  in  developing  countries.  Investing  in  human  capital  also 

increases  confidence.  Educated  people  trust  others  more;  a  society  with  a  high  level  of  trust 

usually  achieves  relatively  high  economic  growth.  Human  capital  does  not  emerge 

spontaneously; it must be developed by the state. 

CONCLUSION 

In  conclusion,  it  should  be  noted  that  the  creation  of  conditions  for  education  and  healthy 

development  of  children  from  an  early  age,  as  well  as  improving  the  system  of  vocational 

guidance  of  young  people  and  their  effective  use  for  the  country's  development  will  determine 

the future development of the country. 

In  this  regard,  the  role  of  intellectual  youth,  experienced  and  modern-minded  high-potential 

personnel and specialists in the country is invaluable in achieving strategic goals, achieving new 

goals,  ensuring  competitiveness  in  the  world  market.  This  need  is  not  easily  met  on  its  own,
