Nowadays, businesses have always focused on making profit, but it is becoming incredibly common to response the social function in the world. I agree without any doubt with this idea that business should do more to society rather than directly making money.
On the one hand, business should make money for surviving in a competitive Earth. It is clear that mainly priority of any company should be to balance such as expenses, there are running costs, staff wages, paying for buildings and utilities expense. If company cannot to pay bills, social responsibilities become irrelevant in the business life and a company also tries to survive in competing with opponents. It seems logical that company can only make positive obligations to society if in order economic stability.
On the other hand, businesses should not dive achieving aim of huge profit and they must be played role in society. In the other words, owners must promote to their employees as well, because everyone deserves a good quality of life and employees after hard working they have to go holiday by going somewhere it would be more efficiently to business. I mostly like the idea that companies could use a proportion of their profits to support local funds, probably environmental or educational projects. The companies should contribute society by several practices for example, tax payment or giving helpful hand as possible because people making the world better place to live.
In conclusion, although competitive world requires making money a lot, I believe that businesses should be importantly segment on their social responsibilities rather than making money.
