This time the question needs the past simple because it is about a past event. Often the question will 
indicate the grammar you need to use. Here the verb is in the past. 
The question word ‘Who…’ is asking you to give a person. The important keyword here is 
‘benefits’, so you should mention at least two positive things about the reasons for doing and the 
results of yoga.
