Responsibilities of the Deputy Dean of the Faculty for Youth Affairs:

Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of laws of the Republic on education, Presidential decrees, orders, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Resolutions, orders, letters, instructions of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, as well as orders for higher educational institutions related to spirituality and education;

Organization of educational and spiritual and educational work at the faculty;

Organization of filling out personal forms with individual psychological portraits of students Daily monitoring of students ' compliance with the culture of clothing and behavior

Coordination of plans for spiritual and educational work of the faculty and departments. Formation of a General work plan based on them, approval by the faculty Council

Organization of events aimed at protecting the teaching staff and students from the influence of offenses, crime, and various alien ideas

Inclusion of issues of spiritual and educational work in the plan of the faculty Council and organization of regular discussions

Informing students about the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Organization of spiritual work aimed at educating students in the spirit of patriotism, loyalty to national and universal values, expanding their spiritual, aesthetic, moral Outlook, protecting their thinking from the influence of various inhuman ideas and educating them as true adherents of independent Uzbekistan

Establishing moral, aesthetic, political and ideological education among students

Organization of conferences, round tables, meetings and events aimed at improving the legal culture based on national traditions and values

Assistance in improving the work done to improve the spiritual and physical development of students

Formation of students ' skills of specialization based on the directions and specialties of spiritual and educational work;

Improving the spiritual and educational work on the basis of instructions from the director, deputy director for educational work of the department of spirituality and education, dean of the faculty;

Analysis of the work done by the heads of departments on spiritual and educational issues and the development of recommendations;

Monitoring and control of the full implementation of tasks related to the item "Spiritual and educational work" in the annual workload of professors and teachers;

Assignment of Tutors to students who live on rent, constant coordination of their activities;

Organization of leisure activities for students living in the hostel in their free time and monitoring their daily activities;

Conducting classes "Information and educational hours", conducted by teachers, constant monitoring of their content;

Regular communication with students 'parents and the organization of “Parents' Day” at the faculty;

Organization and control of shifts in the academic building and dormitories on designated days in accordance with the plans and instructions of the administration;

At the end of each semester, preparing a report on the spiritual and educational work of the faculty, preparing a photo album and presenting it to the head of the Department;

Making suggestions and recommendations for material and spiritual encouragement of activists who have shown a good initiative in improving spiritual and educational work;

establishing cooperation with public organizations and law enforcement agencies, organizing individual work with problem students; organization of work on decorating the faculty building, departments and classrooms with propaganda posters and approach this task with political vigilance;

Conscientious performance of their duties.

Need to know

Resolutions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education in higher education, decisions of the collegium of the Ministry, orders of higher educational institutions, regulations, instructions and regulatory documents related to the activities of the faculty; other regulatory documents related to behavior. Qualification Requirements:

exemplary quality, intellectual, cultural, leadership, creative thinking, courtesy, organizational, initiative and entrepreneurial skills, a sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and action, perseverance, ensuring the achievement of the institution's strategic goals;

Higher education (master);

Keep abreast of information and data on issues related to their field of activity;

At least 3 years of experience in pedagogical or spiritual educational work;

Must have in-depth knowledge about the use of information and communication technologies.
