To enable more members from the regions to participate in the annual June Member Meeting the Network is offering travel reimbursement to three new members.

Please note that:

• 
  The application deadline is Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Please send your application to [e-mail] with the title “JMM travel reimbursement application”.
  
  
• 
  To be eligible you need to:
  1. Live and work in a developing country (see this link for list of countries)
  2. Have joined the Microinsurance Network between January 1, 2015 and April 15, 2016 period and have completed the membership application process, including the payment of your membership fee for the current year.
  
  
• 
  Successful applicants will be expected to give a brief presentation about their work in microinsurance at the June Member Meeting.
  
  
• 
  The selection will be made based on the best applications, with a view to maximise diversity and knowledge sharing at the event. Selected applicants will be notified by the secretariat by Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
  
  
  
  
• 
  Your travel reimbursement request (with transportation quotation) needs to be
  pre-approved by the Secretariat prior to the event. Travel reimbursement will be made after attendance to the event within 4 weeks of travel. The handling of visa requirements is the responsibility of the attendee.
  
  
• 
  If you are selected, your accommodation and meals whilst at the meeting venue on the evening of June 20, and on June 21 and 22 will be covered and booked by the Network.
