Staff Benefits  
Benefits and compensation are paid to employees in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.  As at 
December 31, 2018, the accumulated balance due to employees on account of  the end of service benefits obligation 
amounted to SAR 287 million.  Additionally, the Bank and its employees make  monthly contributions towards the 
General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) for staff welfare as per the Saudi Labor Law.
