Annotation: This article discusses how to learn English quickly and easily with the help of modern technologies. Also, it includes advice for young teachers should consentrate on in order to obtain the desired results in a very short period of time as well as there are some clues for conducting learner-centered lessons.

The XXI century has welcomed the technology in all area of the society. However, they had a great impact on the development of the country. The advances in technology over the last 2 decades have helped transform many things, including education. And of course, today's classroom is a much different place than it was 20 years ago, and it continues to evolve with the help of the latest technological tools.

Technology and education have had a complicated relationship. This relationship is dotted with myths, both positive and negative. Before the teachers get into classroom technology, it's best to understand what those myths are and how to debunk them. Here are a few points to keep in mind:
Firstly, technology is not a cure-all. It can not be a magic solution that will fix all problems with a class. Instead, we should think of it in terms of what it is – a tool. Like all other tools, different technologies have appropriate and inappropriate uses. Teachers try to use them wisely, and only when it adds to the learning experience. Also, they should be aware of the students’ action to this tool whether this is helping them to acknowledge something new or bothering them from studying. Secondly, technology is not a threat. Because it is important not to go down the completely opposite route and ban all tech because it is seen as a dangerous tool. Since we live in a new era which technology is getting advanced, keeping students from it completely might have unintended side effects. Instead, they should be trained how to use tech effectively. This is sometimes called by some scientists as “digital citizenship”.Next, technology is not mindless. The latest technologies are sometimes accused of ruining society or "dumbing down" the younger generation. This will never happen in the classroom atmosphere, if the teacher organizes everything intelligently. And if it does, it is more of a sign of bad execution than an inherent problem with the tech itself.
Before saying about the pros of using tech in the classroom environment it is really important to understand clearly what that includes. Generally, technology is a broad concept, but the range of tech which used in education is more specific. There are some of the ways educators are using technology as a teaching tool.
It is evident that introducing audiovisual elements into the classroom is not a new concept. However, as technology evolved, so did possibilities for this kind of learning. Nowadays, digital tools and software allow the creation of multimedia projects and class materials. They also make the process of creating media smoother. Using multimedia in classroom can help the teacher to boost the listening and speaking skills in a simple way. As a result, this opens more opportunities for non-traditional class projects.
Moreover, A combination of software and digital devices lets educators deliver content that's more personalized. This approach lets students get a learning experience that's tailored to them specifically. It can also be helpful for them to focus more on their understanding of the material. This is done by encouraging students to learn at their own pace and focus on their learning goals instead of just sitting through class. Using any kind of tech devices can totally change the learners attitude to the lesson. Some educational software can even be adaptive. This means that it creates a "profile" of a student using info about them to give them the best possible experience. This includes what they know, their learning process, and even their emotional state.
It is also important to mention that today, the internet is brimming with educational tools and resources. There are many ways that how educators can use them in the classroom: Teachers can create and share slideshow presentations with the help of Prezi. It is considered as one of the best tools for students learning. They can allow their students to work on a project together with group using Google Docs. Since, collaborative learning is a great teaching method; it is student-centered and gives them real-world experience with a problem. This would be much more interesting and memorable lesson for them. Another best idea is that, the educator might take students on a "virtual field trip" using Google Maps. This would lead them to learn how to act any situation in any place. Additionally, the educators should use online learning platforms like Blackboard and Moodle to manage classes. This tools can be utilized for grading, scheduling, distributing class materials, accepting assignments, and much more which can really be effective. Likewise, they can also use VoIP (Voice over IP) and virtual classroom software to connect students, instructors and classrooms remotely. For example, a North Carolina middle school did a group project with a classroom in Sweden this way. And many other schools and educational centers are also experiencing this method. Although providing laptops for every student in the classroom is still remaining as a costly equipment for most school districts, however, almost in all schools wireless mobile labs can be used in group projects. These devices connect directly to the school's Internet access, and the signal is relayed to laptops which can be distributed to all students. Individual word processors are now also becoming more affordable as well as smaller, hand-held devices such as personal digital assistants that can be hot-synced to the teacher's computer. Using gadgets in the classroom can create a more interesting, interactive classroom activities that students are mostly already familiar with outside school, except in the poorest districts. If schools strive to keep current with technological trends and budget their priorities, then the learning that takes place becomes more relevant and meaningful to students. Computer literacy and knowledge of major software programs is no longer reserved for higher educational systems or special trade schools in today's society. High schools are fully equipped with modern technology including smartboards and other electrical tools.
We all are aware of that Tech allows for paperless learning. And it saves our precious time as well as money. The days of using tons of paper on printouts are over! As mentioned above, teachers can use class management tools instead of them. It is important to mention that tech introduces new models of learning and teaching. As we discussed above, the modern-day educators can use software tools to conduct classes online, collaborating across the globe, or using new forms of audiovisual media for untraditional lessons. The possibilities are endless but the users should use them in an effective way. In these technology advanced days, tech-based learning is more suited to modern students who are keen on using their gadgets during the lesson or for doing assignments. First, it is a proven fact that students retain knowledge more easily in tech-based lessons. Second, teachers who use tech in their lessons often see performance increases. Finally, lessons that use technology are more likely to engage students. Since the students love to be tech-savy. By doing this they create a "vibrant learning environment" for the next generation. Fortunately, tech is everywhere in these days. Digital technology has become a staple of everyday life in the 21^st Century. These technologies are tools, so using them to further education is a great thing in many ways.
