Implementation of research results.
Patent of the Russian Federation RU No. 204589 for a useful model "Semiconductor photovoltaic device" dated 01.06.2021 was received. Application No. 2021103705 dated 12.02.2021. Posted on 06/01/2021 Bul. No. 16.
The results of the dissertation research were used in the implementation of the project of fundamental research ASU I 2017-7-7- "Development and implementation of technology for obtaining abrasive silicon carbide from local raw materials.", 2017-2020.
Software products for computers were developed and copyright certificates were obtained “Virtual experiments in physics “STTemperature””, Certificate of Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DGU 08848, “Virtual experiments in physics “STGraphs””, Certificate of Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DGU 08622, which have been successfully implemented in research and educational processes at ASU.
The structure and volume of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, a conclusions, a bibliography and an appendix. The text of the thesis is presented on 131 pages.
